Back cracker?!

Don't be cracking your back if your shoulder blade hurts in the middle of it. Now I don't know if it hurts beneath the shoulder blade or the area close to your shoulder blade. If it's next to the middle of your shoulder blade, then you probably have a muscle problem especially if you feel a knot. Have someone, while laying on your stomach, press their thumb into that area. You will be able to feel the press on the knot and the person doing this will feel a knot or lump. Have the person apply pressure with the thumb, which will feel terrible to you, but afterwards it won't hurt, until the knot starts to quiver. Let up and have them massage the area of the knot with their fingers which will get blood to flow to the knot. Then apply some Aspercreme. One thing more, before the knot is pressed on, have them apply hot moist towels on the area, several. Just take a towel, soak it with hot water, wring it out and apply it. Chiropractors use ice. This is the best way without using an ultra sound machine. Now if you ever do want to crack your back, set in a chair, bring your arms up and clasp your hands behind the neck. Have someone then place their arms through yours, placing them below your arm muscles, up through the arm openings to the back of your neck. They clasp their hands also, behind your neck. They then start lifting you straight up and back, pulling beneath the arms, and if your hear a pop in the spine, your back was out of place, and that should feel much better. If nothing else, go see a chiropractor who will take an xray, then adjust accordingly. Good luck. Hope you understand these directions.

if you want to crack it yourself .................I know it will sound weird ......................sit on the toilet put your hand behind your back kinda balled together in the area that hurts and push back you can also do this on the floor but it works better the other way !!! good luck
