No one can convince you to quit...you have to want to do it...I smoked since I was 17, then I got pregnant at 19 and quit the entire time I was pregnant...then started again after my daughter was born..I made the decision to quit for her...I didn't want her born with lung problems....so, its all up to you...

My friend Helen died of lung cancer just a couple of weeks ago.

Now businesses and cities are becoming smoke-free. You'll have to go outside during any kind of weather to smoke.

every cigarette you smoke apparently takes away 11 minutes of your life... read it in a magazine lol

do you have a family.. like a spouse and kids..if so..quit..they wouldnt want you to die becuase of a stupid habit..if you dont have a spouse and kids..quit so once you do get married and have kids..they know you'll live to see them grow up.

Its killing those around you!!!
Its selfish to smoke

so you can live longer and you wont give anyone second hand smoke and pollute their lungs too! and also so you can feel good about yourself! you'll feel a lot healthier and you wont be addicted i think the best motivation is just knowing you can do something and achieving it.. but good luck hope you stop soon

find some old person that smokes and look at there fingers /skin/eyes/that is your future

it can really screw up your lungs, its bad for your blood cells because they stop reproducing, because co2 stays stuck to them, causing them to not work as good as they would, it affects your taste in food, it just does not taste the same, it borders others around you, every cigarette you smoke supposedly takes 11minutes from your life, its bad for the health of your kids (if you have some), and if your pregnant, its really bad for your baby, because it goes into his blood to, causing his blood cells to not work probably, causing him to be underweight when hes born, and lastly, its just nasty, it smell and it taste real bad, so just quit and you'll do yourself a big favor.

your teeth will fallout early due to gum damage.
it prematurely ages your skin.
lowers your bloods ability to absorb oxygen
i could give you more but until you want to quit you wont
im still smoking wish iwasnt but am not there yet

everyone I know died grandpa wen i was 4 uncle wen i was 10 2 aunts both have serious cancer and are dieing now. wat more reason do u need then life itself. And if you ever make a comited relationship or have children your not hurting urself nemore ur killing them to, slowly and surely killing urself n the ppl u love. wen u smoke ppl around u are twice as likely to start wen they would have been. plus your killing the earth and making life horrible for a forgien farmer of tabacoo (DEPENDING ON THE BRAND YOU BUY some are better) some brands buy the tabacoo from foriegn places and its pretty sketchy....

I know it will be hard.. my grandfather tried alot and he failed, his life was his price... don't let it happen to you... it will take alot but go to support groups might sound stupid or gay but it will help. consult doctors you can beet it.

if u want to give it up you have to have will power and a lot of it especially if you are addicted you have to want to give it up and you need to take up a hobbie i found that was easier for me try not to go places where every one smokes aroud you that hlps as well
