Foot/leg shakes when i point my foot?!

Question: I'm a dancer, but have not been dancing for a couple weeks now. But as of last night, I realized that when i point my right foot, my foot and leg shakes. It doesnt hurt at all but it is strange.

Could just be your muscles, Try doing some leg stretches.
