Why is it that at the same time afternoon or night I always go tired lol?!

Question: Usually around 3.30ish afternoon and 9ish at night actually think i'm off to bed now lol...............Nite nite all.

i'm the same at around 6pm everyday, just after the eggheads has started on the telly i can't help nodding off, just a quick half hour and then i'm raring to go.
