Sleeping problems can affect everything in your daily life routine. You might want more or less food, it can make you feel ill, even morning sickness. its can play havoc with your tummy (going to the loo) hehe, sorry didn't know how to phrase that here. Also...memory...that can really be affected.
I'm only guessing your sleeping problems are lack of sleep? I can only advise going to the doc'. There is a good web sight on insomnia...sorry don't know it. I'll find it for you!

Yes I think so. Depends on what kind of sleeping problems though could you tell us a bit more.

if you are feeling weak and tired your body might find other ways to fuel up like eating more. This will only do you harm because it might temporarily help but wont fix the sleep. sleep is really important because it heals the body and freshens it for the next day, concentrate on developing healthy sleeping patturns and you will feel better.
