Alleve works the best for me. I like Advil, but alleve just works better.

how ever they are all the same, only difference is the their dosage and the surrounding ingredients to the actual paracetamol ingredient
none of the above. I use Iprophen. It works for me but thats not always the case. All these medicenes can cause stomah problems.
I rotate because my neighbor got bladder or kidney disease from taking too much Ibuprofen (Advil ingredient).
Acetaminophen (Tylenol) doesn't work on some kinds of pain. It doesn't work on severe cramps and it didn't work after I had a growth removal.
My doctor said I could only take acetaminophen because it is the only pain reliever that doesn't thin blood.
So there are reasons to take one or the other. Still, I think it is best to rotate when possible.
Depends on what Hurts a Headache I prefer Tylenol but if my muscles hurt I like Advil. I don't use Alleve.

Or I'll use ice gel analgestic. A lot of the time, ice gel analgestic works on contact! I get that Lander's brand for only a buck!
Maybe I'll dare use some Ben Gay or Aspercream! Ya know, maybe I'll allow one of contacts to have all my body sprays, including a fave of hers, so I can have Ben Gay or Aspercream as my new perfume! ( I'm kidding! I'm not about to knowingly cause people to pass out, now!)
