Sounds like swollen lymph nodes. Nodes are filled with lymphocytes that collect and destroy bacteria and viruses. When the body is fighting an infection, lymphocytes multiply rapidly and produce swelling of the lymph nodes.

You probably have an ear inflammation or the beginning of an earache, and that is what is causing the lymph nodes in your neck to be swollen and tender.

its probly a sore neck or swollen glands or starting or strep throat

Better have it checked.Could be a tooth. If they abscess, it's dangerous. I once had a pain that I never identified as either an earache or a toothache. It went back and forth.

You most likely have an ear infection. It can cause this kind of pain. You may also be coming down with strep though. It would be a good idea to get into the doctor and get some antibiotics before it gets worse. Hope you feel better soon. :)

It seems like you have the flu. Take off the counter medications please and rest. Do see a doctor if it does not
go away in the next few days.

Hmm Could be an ear infection, could be wisdom teeth coming in if you don't have enough room, could be infected gums if you have a bad cavity.. there are a lot of things it could be. I would suggest seeing if you can find a free clinic in your area, or something along those lines.

It can be may things. A ear infection can do this. Research trigeminal neuralgia as it can cause this.

Also research temporomandibular joint syndrome as it is very common and can cause exactly what you are describing.

Once you reaearch these three possibilities you can probably come to a simple conclusion regarding you problem.
Hope this helps

Go to the local ER (county/city operated) and get evaluated.

Contact the social worker in your county/city or ask the social worker at the hospital to give you a list of local doctors that will treat you based on income.
