Back problem? I can't lie on my back because it hurts?!

Question: I heard that people lie flat on their back to get rid of back pain, but when I lay on my back on the floor it just hurts so bad, and I can't even get up without pulling myself up by grabbing onto furniture. I don't understand it? I was just curious if anyone knew why I would react differently? And also my back hurts when I laugh a lot, but all my friends' stomachs hurt when they laugh a lot. Is that wierd?

If you are overweight it will hurt a lot; but if not you may have a spinal condition and you might need to make an appt. with a chiropractor.

yes it is weird

Other things things like your age, jobs ....are to be known.
Please don't mistake me, one of the major cause for this type of back pain, burning of eyes, very tired ....excess sex related diseases. If that is true take full rest avoid sex for good length of time.
One simple exercise, you as follow:
In-hale through your head ,yes air will enter your body through nose only but cosmic energy (Holy Spirit! ) will enter through your head. Imagine that energy impinge in to the pain-full area
and pain is dissipated out.Do it for few Min's.and again & aain. you will be relieved of your pain immediately. It is Known as Pranic( soul ) breathing. Conform please!
