Late at night my eyes are awful!?!

Question: When it gets to 9pm+ my eyes have trouble focusing. I'm not good on long distances anyway but I have glasses for that but I'm fine for short.

However, at night I find its taking me an age to focus my eyes.

I'm not tired when this happens either? Am I just overworking my eyes?

I would have to say that you may not be feeling mentally tired but you could still be physically tired. This happens to me all the time, I work full time behind a computer screen.

The optician told me that your eyesite seems worse when you're tired simply cos your eyes are tired themselves. BUT if it too bad and it's taking too long to focus, can't hurt to get them tested just in case?
