How can I heal an extremely sore arm?!
Question: Today was softball drafts! Unfortunately, that means pitching 200 balls at 50 MPH in a little less than half an hour. I didn't warm up at all during the winter, so you can imagine my poor arm. I am typing one-handed!
It hurts right where my tri/bi cep is... (i dont know which one) i'm 14 so no drugs pleez...

First of all, you should always warm up and never do some form of exercise your body is not ready for. As for the pain, is very hard to know what you have without any more information. Is the arm swollen, red? Is the pain sharp, throbbing? Can you move the arm at all? Maybe the best thing to do would be to apply some ice, take some pain med (like ibuprofen) and wait to see if it gets better. If it is not better in two days or it actually worsens, go see your doctor.
ice, then heat and then rest it
Ice the first day, then heating pads every day until it feels better.
just dont use it and dont sleep on it until it feels better again.... if things dont get better, then you should see a medical professional because you have bigger problems than just a sore arm
ice 15 minutes.
heat 15 minutes.
take some ib profin for the pain (not a pain killer so you'll be fine)
Stretches, drink lots of water and lots of rest. Try to do stretches twice a day. Nothing streneous. Good luck!
try eating ice cream or do something to put your mind off it. try hitting your leg so your pain is directed to another part of your body (but that means that your leg will hurt in that case just pinch yourself)
