lll2x a day = every 12 hours It is important to have the same amount of medication on your system steady and this can be accomplished with the every 12 hours.

Some doctors indicate that you may take it every 6 hours so that you sleep straight through. You must be mindful that laziness is not an option for optimum results.

Super bugs are created due to not following instructions and mediocre instructions as well.

Errr just take one when you wake up and then in the afternoon take it again =P

I would take one when I got up and one before bed.

It depends on the medication. Some medications advise being taken with breakfast or lunch, others with breakfast and dinner. Some advise upon waking and before going to sleep and other every 12 hours.

Check with your doctor.

It means you have to take it twice during 24hours.
Usually means one in the morning and one in the evening. (a lot of medications suggest taking after meals).

2x daily ..means 2x in 24 hours..yes a.m. and p.m.

Normally 2x daily means spaced out during waking hours, such as upon rising in the morning and before bed.

But something as important as medications shouldn't be dealt with lightly.

Ask your pharmacist what the proper spacing of time is for the particular medication you're taking.

In the morning and before you go to bed. If you're confused about how to take a medication then you should contact your doctor, or the pharmacist.

it mean take it every 12 hours... this way you keep the medication running steadily through your body until your completely done with it

you take twice a day

each drug has ahalf life when it acts at its full potencial..some act for 6/8/12/24 hrs ;;;so if the advice is twice daily it a gap of 12 hrs ;can be any time,,,,, but u need not watch the clock and take,,, it is a rough timings only,,,
