Sneezing pains?!

Question: Well alrighty. I got sick. Every once in a while I sneeze because of it. I have a really powerful sneeze. So its "normal" for my right arm to get a shooting then throbing pain right after I sneeze. But as of yesterday whenever I sneeze I get the "regular" arm pain but also a sharp stabbing pain in lower back on the spine. Now I get the pain when I even cough a little.

I dont know if I explained it good enough. But I was wondering if it was just some normal pains from powerful sneezing or if I broke something.

My grandpa on my dads side broke his ribs from sneezing...

I have 2 suggestions you might want to try. The first is to see a chiropractor for the pain in your arm and back. Sneezing is a very physical thing so it might cause your spine some distress which then can lead to a numbing in your arm. I don't know if you have been to one before but they are like any doctors --- some are better than others. It may not take effect in one visit but a few adjustments should take away the pain. Now to help the pain stay away is sneeze management and my other suggestion is to purchase a neddy pot which you can by at special medical supply stores or online. Essentially it's a pot with a spout that you fill with warm salt water which you will then pour (over a sink) into your nostril until it runs out the other side (repeat pouring into the other nostril). It will remove any build up of mucus or allergens in your sinuses that causes sneezing. Do it regularly like you would brushing your teeth, and you will maintain good nasal health.

you might want to go to a doctor to check it out just to be safe.
