Should i risk it?!


Question: A few monthes ago i had a fractured ankle. I missed my dance exam because i fractured it the day before. My dance show is in 2 months which i have worked really hard on but recently my ankle has been hurting whilst jumping a lot and running or walking down stairs. Should i go to the doctors about it ? Also i am meant to be doing a fun run tommorow however im doing a 3 legged race which i am worried about incase i go over it? Plzz Help :D

If you want to do the run or the 3 legged race, I suggest getting an ankle support with rigid sides from your local pharmacy, Kmart, Target, etc... This will support your ankle from twisting (toes going to the side, or heel going to the side). It will also provide more of a mental stimulus to take it easy on your ankle.
If the ankle support does not lessen the problem in a few days, see a doctor - there are many problems you can't diagnose or treat yourself.

dont do the three legged race or dance, but what you should do is put some weight on it for a while. put some ice on it and get some rest
thats the only thing you can really do
you dont really need to see doctor because he'll tell you the same thing
