Question: how to deal w heavy flow? what is the best ultra thin maxi pad out there on the market can u get it online where and is it cheap? and if you have glasses for like long time should u get contact lens if ? how do u know if they arec righht for you?expect eye doctor tell you or not or something? what happened to the food court at Northbrook Court? no jokes and thank you.

Hi - There are a lot of girls - women out there with this
problem. The BEST product - Don't go cheap, believe me!
is "Always" - Ultra-Thin are alright - safe for day-time,
but at night you should use the "Long with wings"... -

You can also use a tampon with a thin Maxi at night, but you didn't state you preferred one one way or the other. They
