What should I do for aches and pains all over?!

Question: I had softball drafts yesterday, and that made my arm really sore. But this morning, my shoulders, ribs, waist, legs, arms, and neck was sore! I didn't sleep on EVERYTHING! And I wasn't doing anything strenuous yesterday, besides pitching 100 balls.

It's not like me to be doing this, and my parents aren't home and I'm not allowed to have any medication because of the allergy medicine I'm on.

Go run a nice hot tub and soak.

Then after the bath do some gentle stretching exercises to get rid of the lactic acid that's built up in your muscles since the drafts.

What works for me is to take an aspirin or two and climb in a warm bath tub. Good luck.

Take a warm bath to relieve sorness. If you drink lots of water and an ibprouefun you will heal quickly.

ask a doc or pharmacist. cant help if i dont kno what meds your on now

soak in epson salt in the bath tub it soothes your body. Maybe lay on a heating pag and get some sleep.

try a hot bath. or if you smoke? a little pot will relax your muscles and won't react to your meds. I mean just a few puffs on a pipe you don't need to smoke too much.

Relax in hot water bath

You're probably a little dehydrated. Water isn't enough, which is why Gatorade was invented to replace lost salt from the body.

Go down to the store, pick up some Gatorade and have a long soak in a nice hot bath. Rug up nice and warm afterwards and get plenty of sleep. You'll be fine.

You could have also picked up a cold. Either way, Gatorade for fluids, hot bath for pain and sleep for recovery.

Good Health.
