Sharp arm pain between wrist and elbow?!

Question: everytime I stretch my arm I get this sharp pain between my wrist and my elbow. This only happens when i have been bending my arm for a long period of time. I slept with my arm straight and it hasnt hurt all day. But when i sleep with my arm bent it hurts for the whole day. What could this be?

This to me sounds like referred pain.

Try Massage in your cervical area {neck} maybe seeing a chiropractor or trying to pop your neck yourself.....Don't quote me on that!

Ice and heat your shoulder the pain could be stemming from that. most likely the sub scapula or under your deltoid.

in other words you've got a nerve somewhere else from your elbow up to your axis....find out where that neve is being pinched, get rid of the pinch { by ice and heat , or manipulation } . then your rid of that pain.

Good luck , and good health................Yar

not sure, maybe a sprain. Maybe u tore something.

Could very well be carpel tunnel...thats what mine feels like..but sometimes ill just get a dull pain in my wrist or elbow

Hairlike Fracture

It could be a pinched nerve possibly. I had terrible pain in my arm. The doc suggested I sleep w/ my arm fully extended and it seemed to have made the problem better. Try some Advil if you can for the pain. It works well on stuff like that since it is an anti-inflammatory! Good luck!
