Sports injuries!?!


Question: Well today at school we were playing basketball and i fell over and landed on my bum (actually was pushed over!!!), that was at 11:00 am and it's not hours later and still hurts, i am playing tag rugby tomorrow so what should i do to make it better or at least not hurt when i walk, bend down even at the slightest erc anby methods you use, i am very active if that makes a difference and i'm 13, thanks in advance 10 pointas to the method that works!

Well it sounds like you may have hurt your tail bone, and there really isn't anything you can do but take advil, and rest till the pain lessens.

If it is really bad, or the pain doesn't get better after a week or so, you may want to go to a doctor to make sure you didn't break it.
