Either IBS Irritable bowel syndrome which causes pain on lower left side. Can cause severe pain; severe diarrhea & possibly alternating constipation.
Do you have lactose intolerance, fructose intolerance?
Keep food diary for 2 weeks look for patterns or triggers.
Could also be a left ovarian cyst.
You ought to get an abdominal & pelvic ultrasound ASAP.

I would get it checked out by the doctor. It could be an ovarian cyst or something. It does not sound like appendicitis, because that affects your right side.
