How can I sleep more comfortably?!

Question: It seems like every night I am of course very tired, but can't sleep because I am simply not comfortable and I feel it the next morning. Like, my arms seem to get in the way and I have to sleep on my side in order to fall asleep, but I start getting pain in my shoulders. I have tried switching pillows and even beds and mattresses, but it seems like my own body gets in the way of comfor. Are there any specific positions? I mean, what can I do? Like this morning when I woke up my left arm was so severly asleep I coulden't even use it. Thank you so much and GOD BLESS!!

Many people find that sleeping on a flat surface causes them problems. Our bodies are not built to sleep flat. We should be in what they call the 'Fetal' position. That's why sleeping on your side helps, for a while, but then your circulation is cut off & you have to switch again & again...
There are adjustable beds that can fix this, or you can get a good flexible mattress & create your own adjustable bed. But getting into the 'Fetal' position (Head/back slightly up, legs raised at the knees, & feet at heart level or slightly higher) is the absolute best way to sleep.
Hope that helps,
TJ

You need to release the tension. If you are suitably relaxed, you can sleep in any position, I guaruntee it. Just look at the positions that sleeping babies get into!

Suggestions:

30 minutes Housework just before bedtime.
