What do you do if you can't sleep and its like 4 o'clock in the morning?!

Don't do things that will keep your mind active ie. tv, internet, games, radio etc. whilst in bed.
Try lying in the dark with your eyes closed as if you are tired and ready to sleep.
Avoid caffine and nicotine before you sleep.
Are you worrying about anything? If you have trouble switching of it can be difficult to sleep with thoughts running through your mind.
Avoid naps during the day. Exercise during the day, will tire you out.
If all fails go to your doctor to check your iron level. Iron deficient women tend to have more problems sleeping, so if your blood is iron poor, a supplement might help your health and your ability to sleep.

Make sure you don't sleep late on the weekends.

Happens to me too, best thing is actully to count sheep or think of a vacation place or something. That's what works for me.
