Pushups, crunches work out plan?!


Question: For someone with little exercise(university campus and cashier) and only able to do about 5 proper push ups, what is a good goal to set for each day/night? How many reps and how many sets a night?

push ups *I'm a girl, I don't do them. I like my tight spaghetti arms :) ---If you are a girl - get small weights - you don't want to bulk up - get 3 and 5 lbs and do high reps - I don't do my biceps either, my trainer told me girls shouldn't and I listen to everything he says. My body looks "pretty good" at the moment but I still have some work to do.

Do cardio every day - at least 30 min - 60 min.

I go to the gym on Monday I go to the gym and do legs and abs
On Tuesday I go to the gym and do triceps (which i work on constantly to keep tight) and of course Abs last.
On Wed I do cardio and abs only
On Thursday I do chest/back and abs
On Friday I usually do a mixup or a kickbox class and yoga - always abs and always cardio


As for abs, I do mine every day almost. My favorite is to lay on my back and point my toes, bring your feet/legs straight up so that you are looking at your feet laying down and bring them back down. Do this while keeping your hands under your butt. I do 4 sets of 25. I then turn on my side and crunch up my sides 2 sets of 25 - i do a bunch of other things but I usually keep it at about 150 and 6 sets
