What is the best remedy for a migraine headache?!

Question: Reasons and remedies are many, but pl see what suits you.
If you are in cold country use all warm things.

If you have cough/cold body hot water bath will help.
Massage and exercise in front of morning sun is good thing, pl try.
Pl try simple acupressure given below for immediate relief.

There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache, Ear ache/ringing, Stomach ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes.
None of them can be treated with medicine.
Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, all cold things.

Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits like dates, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not there. If cough use warm things.

If it is acute pl search a painful point (with round tipped pen/jimmy) 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

It may disappear naturally too.

First of all, try to determine if it's truly a migraine headache. Most people confuse a bad headache with migraine, but it's not always the case. Migraine is unilateral, meaning the pain is only on one side of the head. Classic migraine is preceded by an aura, which can present in the form of auditory hallucinations, spots, floaters, visual haze, olfactory hallucinations (smelling something that isn't there, or odd smells), and even feelings of euphoria. Migraine is usually debilitating, and doesn't normally last more than 48 hours. Migraine can be triggered by foods, allergies, odors, hormones, as well as sensitivities.

Tension, sinus, and chemical (hangovers or dehydration) headaches are best cured through over the counter analgesics (Tylenol, aspirin or ibuprofen, if your stomach can handle it), relaxation techniques, hydration, and sometimes just riding out the pain.

True migraine is caused by vasoconstriction (constriction of the blood vessels) in the brain, followed by rapid vasodilation (opening up of the blood vessels). This often causes the person to see spots and experience sensitivity to light, sound, etc. and can often come on very quickly. Because of the pain involved, there is usually very often tightening of the scalp and neck muscles involved.

When I do not have my migraine medication available (a vasoconstrictor called Maxalt), I have found that massage to the occipital area (the protuberance at the base of the skull where head meets neck), upper shoulders, and back of the neck, followed by ice packs to the affected area of the head can be very useful.
