I got hit in the head while playing soccer, what should i do?!
Question: I got a really nasty hit to the head, i just got home. When i got hit , i was quit dizzy and now i have a bump on the left side of my head and am feeling a nasty head ache and really cold. Any recommendations on what to do to stop the swelling and the pain. and what not to do.

first get some ice and try that for lyk twenty minutes. maybe take some extra strength tylenol or a pain reliever.
DO NOT go to the ER now, they might just put ice on and you'd have to pay the bill.
before bed, lay down with a COLD rag on the spot...you might also still want ice.
if its not well and your still dizzy, call a doctors office to see what you can do.
You could have a concussion.
Go to ER!!!
stop gettin hit in the head, dogg
treat the pain, drink lotsa fluids, and rest. if your vision becomes blurred, your pain changes, or you become to vomit -go to the ER.
