When I go snowboarding I come home WITH ACHES AND PAINS , how can I get rid of t!


Question: I've tried hot baths but my pains stay for like the whole week and then I go snowboarding again, that same week. I just wanted to know if theres anyone out there that can help mee? haha.

Add two cups of Epsom salts to your bath. You can find them at any drugstore. Take 2-4 (200 mg) ibuprofen. You should start doing stretching exercises before you snowboard.

Yea!...quit fallin off your board...or better still stop snow boarding!!! lol

You need to do some steady and regular exercising of the muscles that you use while boarding. And when you do go boarding you need to do some warm ups before you start so your muscles aren't cold.
