Yes, it's just a case of mind over matter.

what do you mean?

Oh yes, I think so, I get mine back every morning when I awake. It lasts until about 11.30am. I creosoted two panels of a fence today and have been sitting here for the rest of the day. It's all too much.

No, you have to develop a new one, but not right away.

Yes. Imagine that you have buttons on your bottom and you can't sit still. It is called 'ompalodging' by H E Bates in his Uncle Silas books. If you can't sit still then you'll be looking for something interesting or constructive to do. Your get up and go will soon return.

I hope it is, because mine has gone. I think some days I just have to force myself to get going. But it is hard.

Depends how far its gone, and how long it will take you to get there.
Seriously see your GP, sound like you need some professional help.

I know the feeling...its either sanatogen or bob martins !

My 'Get up & go' went ages ago!
Maybe some day it'll find it's way back. Meanwhile I just lay here and daydream. I don't miss it a great deal.

I will Follow it............ see Where it Went.

Unfortunately, the only way to get is back is to get up and go, and you'll eventually find what has got up and gone.

I think once its gone......

just wave good-bye.....

its gone....

Let's go upstairs and find out ;-)
