How do i get a good night sleep???!


Question: im getting real busy with work lately and if i get any less than 8 hours of sleep, when i wake up i feel like i got hit by a semi, my eyeballs aching and generally feel like crap.

how do i wake up feeling normal or even good, with out sleeping 8 hours plus? any tips?

What I do is I get a cup of milk, and I put it in the microwave. I turn the microwave on for 50 seconds, then I take the cup of milk out.

I drink the milk and I always go to sleep fast, and I always wake up in the morning right when my alarm goes off.

Try it :)

Keep on remembering past events, old lost friends, dead relatives, left class fellows, national and international players of the sport u lik and son. this is the method i use. If u have some better answer, please also tell me.

..... 'feeling Normal'? In this artifical age? Can't be done, unless you get the exercise humans used to get 100 years ago. Exercise is what flushes out the gunk and builds up the body, makes things work better, and for sure, makes you tired.
You may not think you have the time, but you got to jog for maybe an hour a day. That's it, besides eating good stuff.

Exercise is the answer to a restful nights sleep. You may not be able to jog or lift weights but you should find some form of exercise which will tire you out and then have a nice warm to hot shower and you will sleep like a baby. Sometimes exercising with a friend is nice too. Find a compatible person and do the above suggestions with them and you will both sleep well and wake up cheerful and rested.
