Streaching?!


Question: i dunno if this is an issue but worth asking anyway my hamstrings nd achillies r (tight it feels like) i stretch them out everyday but it dosen't help, like even if i sit down with ma legs straight out nd i sit upright tht hurts same if i cross my legs. anyone got any ideas on how to help them b less tight.

ps. i had an exray coz i had somthin wid ma foot nd the guy said i have nearly stop growing, so it may be tht i grown nd ma (tendents mucles whateva they called ) haven't

Sounds like your tendons underneathe your foot have not developed fully. The pressure of standing on your foot pulls tight on the achilles tendons. In which the pain travels up to your hamstrings. If you feel relief when walking on your tip toes, you really should see a podiatrist. And from there you go....This is a very common problem and surgery is usually the way...hope this helps
