Sprained toe?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Question: my toe hurts INSANELY bad. yesterday i was helping to put the grocerys away and i was sitting in front of the refrigerator and i sat on my toe the wrong way and i was lyke ouch i think i broke my toe. i know i didnt break it but could i have sprained it? because all day today it hurt extremly bad. and any suggestions?

yes., if it was your big toe or pinky toe try to find a stiff broken foot brace. i have broken now 6/10 of my toes and they all resulted to be turned in so you may want to get it checked out
i no how you feel .... i got pushed off my mates bed the other day and my toe bent all the way back.... then to top it off at thee end i stubbed it on her sofa as i was leaving it's been 9 days now and i dont no if its sprained or broken and to top it all off mum dont think nuffink wrong so no note 4 skl so i had to do hokey 2day
