Any tricks and tip to do before bed to help you sleep better?!


Question: Avoid caffeine for at least four hours before bed.
Avoid strenuous exercise for two hours before bed.
Avoid heavy eating for one hour before bed.
Keep the room dark and little cool (with warm blankets) and quiet.
Get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.
Learn to deep breathe (Put your hand on your stomach. It should rise and fall if your breathing is deep.)
Do a progressive relaxation (name your body parts starting at your head and working down). Relax (exaggerate it) each part as you name it.
Do a visualization. Imagine that you are at your favorite place and actually feel in your body those things that are in that scene.

I will take two Tylenol with in 15 to 20 min I will be out.
Regular Tylenol.
