Are there any success stories regarding running after knee replacement?!


Question: as with all surgery you should do gentle exercise to start with and gradualy work your way up to more exertive things,if the knee replacement has been a success then once healed and full mobility has been regained, as long as you have been checked out by your surgon there is no reason why you should not be able to run
