Is there an EZ way to quit Smoking cigarettes?!
Question: My Italian g/f smokes maybe a pack a day. She says her whole family kind of started early. She lets me give her a bath every once in a while so it's Not all bad.
But her hair and clothes usually smell like the bottom of an ashtray, so I'm wondering if there is any simple way [Don't say "Just say NO to drugs!], to quit? Do patches work?

ohhh!! now i get why the first thing you did was decide i was polish (then i corrected and told you i was Dutch).it's your thing.it's what you do with all the girls!! i get it!! well i hate it when people smoke.i don't get it.out of all the addictions you could have why smoking?? you smell bad and your teeth rot out and you get all ugly and old before your time.and it kills you eventually.i guess it's death on the installment plan huh?? oh and by the way i'm also German jimmie!!! now isn't that difficult of me ;)
there is no easy way.
Give her an ultimatum. Tell her would she rather want cigarettes or you. If she pick cigarettes, she is not right for you. If she picks you, problem solved.
trust me there is never an easy way..whether people wanna believe it or not, it is definitely an addiction.
you have to be willing to stop smoking. it's up to the person if they are going to stop and which way they are going to stop ,the patch,cold turkey etc.....

I am a smoker. I have smoked for about a year and a half. I want to quit but then I dont. I tried and tried. But when friends come around and light one up I really want one. The best thing to ease me down is smoking a different brand that you don't like very much. Another cigrette brand that helps is virgina slims. They are VERY skinny and tiny. I am still trying to quit . And I dont think the patch works that great. I mean, like you crave not only the nicotine but the drags of the cigerete and the smoke blowing out, I wish you guys luck. Another thing for YOU to do is..... make a deal with her. Like if you quit I will buy you a small dog or make a surprise dinner and night out for her.
She should have never started...To totally quit is impossible, theres always that chance that you'll see/smell them again and can't resist just one.
