What are the benefits of taking an afternoon nap (siesta) ?!


Question: I was told that taking a small nap after lunch can improve one's health but I don't know what it really does.

I'd also like to know how to actually take a nap. How long should that nap be 15-30 minutes? I,ve never really been able to fall asleep in the middle of the day, is there a trick?

It helps because it gives you mind and body a break. You wake up at 7am, by 1pm you body is stressed and tired. Taking a 20-30 minute nap can do wonders. No trick just try and relax before laying down

just lie down and close your eyes itl come to you

as for the health benefits it will probably give you more energy throughout the day

it will keep your mind fresh so things will seem easier

it basically help the mind
