I got a sunburn, what can I do?!

Question: it hurts really bad!

Answers: it hurts really bad!

apply cucumber gel or cucumber juice on the affected area and don;t go out in sun for few days

after sunburn lotion works well (found next to, or mixed in with, suntain lotion in stores)

I bet it does hurt, and there are no miracle cures because you burned your birthday suit. Best options are the over the counter sunburn relief sprays, and cold aloe vera gel, combined with as little clothing as you can get by with. Drink until your molars float, and keep drinking. You may also need some Tylenol for the fever, if you run one. Otherwise, it's just a matter for time to heal itself. You can try soaking in a cool bath with a body oil after a day to help with the dry skin, but eventually it's going to flake and itch anyway. It's a burn, no different that if you used a match- only more widespread damage. Now it's just suffer and learn time.

sunburn lotion spf 30

sunburn hurts because heat is trapped underneath the skin. try and cool the skin down with cool water or an aleo vera lotion. once the heat has come out of the skin, should shouldnt hurt anymore. this could take a couple of days.

if you have had heavy exposure to the sun, you may be suffering from mild hyperthermia (not hypothermia) which means your core body temperature may be higher then normal. drink plenty of water and take a panadol and try and stay in a cool area.

Oh I wish I could remember the name of the spray my husband got me because I had a burn so bad I thought I would die. I had heat stroke along with it and the pain was so intense. It helped to numb the skin. Also aloe vera gel- a big bottle of it is your best bet. I hope it goes away soon. Keep your clothes light against your skin, no tight clothing.

Lots of Aloe (as pure as you can get it. Try to avoid ones with dyes, etc).

You know what works for that.. is too use Aloe vera like the real stuff from the plant if you have somewhere you can get some I grew my own it helps alot or you can buy the banana boat aloe vera gel that works too I put that on and lay down with a wet towel under my stomach with the fan blowing on me and it feels good

Aloe!!! they have a lotion that is a combo of aloe and lidocaine. Hawaiian Tropic makes it, it's called 'Cool Aloe ICE' the lidocaine helps with the pain and aloe helps with the healing. hope this helps.
