Sleep deprevation please helpp!!!?!


Question: feelin foggy, memory loss, eatin more, cant wake up or stay awake during the day, trying to work out but its not giving me energy...is this happening bcuz im not sleeping or is it something deeper? what can i do to fall asleep? please can i have facts. please no go to the doctor answers cuz i cant afford one anyway. please help this is affecting my life a lot.THANK YOU!!

1) melatonin will help regulate the sleep cycle, just take it 1/2 -1 hour before going to sleep. What it does is it tells that body that it is time to sleep.
2) take a product that has diphenhydramine(benadryl, simply sleep, etc),which will help you fall asleep becuase it will make you drowsy.
3) remove destractions from the bedroom, no tv, radios, games, etc. the bedroom should only be used for sleep.
4) avoid caffine/food too close to bedtime

These home-remedies should help.

Take a chelated calcium tablet that has vitamin D3 in it. Also take a magnesium tablet ~ as they work together ~ together with the calcium a half hour before bed time?

you are suffering from sleep deprivation which will drive you completely into a rut of bad health and total exhaustion if you don't start to take better care of you hun ?
