Lift an edge and wet the inside with an adhesive disolver. As it loosens, repeat til it`s off. I hope it feels better.
Use rubbing alcohol?
Rub baby oil on/around/under it.
you should cut off the edges then take a knife and saw away at the hairs connecting or sneak under there with scissors and cut the hairs
Strapping tape on your knee? Why? Alcohol will dissolve the adhesive. I use rum, then it never hurts at all.
I'd just take a deep breath and rip the sucker off. It'd hurt a bit, but is it really worth the frustration?

ummmmm......try warm water to loosen the glue on the tape, if not try soap as well lol i cant really remember coz i havent had to wear strapping tape for a while
but yeah, if none of those work then sozzy :(

That is for packing boxes not people.
I would suggest scissors. Alcohol or nail polish with desolve the glue a little or not because it is strapping tape and the glue is strong. But, it is not designed to be cut. A little snip and it should tear. Just keep snipping.
And in the future, no strapping tape It is not good for your circulation. Not good at all. it is too restrictive.

peanut oil will loosen the glue, let it soak for a few minutes.
works with gum and pine tar as well.
