Well since I would really love the 10 points I am gonna let you know that it would be the too loose of shoe. I know because I sprained my ankle because my shoes were too big and my foot came up and out of the shoe and I tripped and twisted the ankle. By the way sprained ankle sucks!!

OKay, why do you want to sprain your ankle?

Why in the world would you want to sprain your ankle on purpose? You can permanently damage the tendons and ligaments. However, if you still want to do it, walk in coarse gravel with ill-fitting shoes....I still wouldn't advise it.

I don't know why I'm answering this dumb question, but drunk people give points to me too. So, I'd say a loose shoe because it lacks support in all directions and will make you trip when running.

I would assume a loose shoe. I have twisted my ankle numerous times wearing shoes too big for me just to do something real quick and trying too hard to keep them on ended up losing one of them and twisting my ankle. Plus, if you are paying attention to your shoes instead of where you are going - you are more likely to fall and catch yourself with your hands an you just might get lucky and sprain your hand!

I put on a pair of really high platform shoes. Took two steps. I was down. Went to the emergency room. So stupid. Fall off a pair of platforms like me.

uh that really sucks
i'm sure whatever situation you're in doesn't require self mutilation

Well with a loose shoe you'll trip and fall and MAY sprain your ankle. Don't keep your hopes up. A lateral ankle sprain occurs when the ankle is inverted beyond the elastic limits of its supporting structures causing acute ankle pathology. An ankle sprain, rolled ankle, ankle injury or ankle ligament injury, is a common medical condition where one or more of the ligaments of the ankle is torn or partially torn. The anterior talofibular ligament is one of the most commonly involved ligaments. Sprains to the lateral aspect of the ankle account for 85% of ankle sprains. Hope this helped they're different types and different causes.

Run really fast on rock or gravel with loose fitting shoes...

wear a high heel shoe step in a hole that should do it thats what my granny did
