Urgent running help please!?!
Question: at school, i have a bag, it weighs 20 kilos and i wear it on my right shoulder, not on my left, and i walk with it about 1 hour in a day, can it affect my running speeds and spine growth? how do i change this?

Theoretically, it could cause your spine and musculature to become overdeveloped on the right side. Most right-handed people have larger, sturdier bones and muscles in their right arm than on the left. Done to an extreme, and there might be a noticeable difference in posture and biomechanics. Archers, for instance, typically have much larger right arms.
However, this is the result of really constant use. One hour a day might be approaching that. If you are concerned about developing a muscle or bony growth imbalance, then just make sure that you shift sides, from time to time.
It probably would be better to put it over both shoulders.
i would of though if anything it would make u a bit stronger. it shouldn't effect your speed if you try training and swapping shoulders lol hope i could help :-)
