How do I fix my sleeping pattern?!


Question: I wake up at noon, and cant sleep til 5am usually.

I want to fix it so I sleep at 9pm til 7am.

How do I do this?

Melatonin like someone else said. I've had the same problem in the past. I take a full pill at 8:00pm and I fall asleep by 9:30/10:00. I then will sleep until at least 6:00am or 7:00am. It seriously helps my pattern and I feel more awake/alert in the morning. Walmart is where I got it, the "no name brand' for $6.00 ish and it lasts for 4 months.

Circadian rhythm babY! Spend more time outside in the sunlight and attempt to follow the cycles of the sun!!

melatonin, take about 30-60 minutes before you want to go to bed. This will help regulate your melatonin cycle, which will tell the body it's bedtime. Works great for jet lag also.

sleeping is habit forming. try going to sleep earlier every night until you can sleep from 9 to 7. 10 hours? how old are you and what do you do to stay up so late???
