Bloating question?!

Question: I quit smoking 5 days ago, however I have hardly slept and am incredibly bloated, and according to my scales have put on 7lbs (I have been eating a bit more than usual but not that much.) Is this normal? I feel so fat! Im almost tempted to smoke again!

You are probably going through withdrawals, so try some tylenol pm or just plain Benedryl. Benedryl has the exact same ingredients in it as Tylenol ( or any PM products) w/o the pain relief which you don't need. Try taking 2 Benedryl tonight. Knocks me out like a light! If this doesn't work go get some Melatonin and take it. It knocks you out too and it's natural and you can use it all the time.
As far as the bloating I do not think it s from the smoking stopping; Don't smoke again. It's far worse than lack of sleep and occasional bloating. You increased your eating, have you been eating salty foods? You may have temp. water weight gain. Try fruits, veggies, etc., the bloating will go down because fruits/veggies are natural diuretics. Good luck.

join the crowd there girl. it happens to everyone .hang in there it will pass. chomp on raw vegetables lots of water you will lose that 7 pounds
