I just got a trampoline. I used it almost all day on monday, none yesterday since it was raining. Today when I go on it, it hurts to jump and do any tricks! It is in my upper back, and I can't stand it! I took a tylenol extra strength, and it didn't help. This morning when I jumped on it, it was fine. Later in the morning it started to hurt, but not badly. Now it hurts really bad! Please help!

Your body isn't used to the new jumping ...
Most likely your back is inflamed, and you need to take an anti-inflammatory, like Ibuprofen. Tylenol isn't the best, since I believe it is Acetaminophen, and will only mask the problem, not fix it.
Lay off the the trampoline for at least 4 or 5 days, and take 3 regular strength pills, or 600mg, before bed (when this happens to me, I take 800mg, but I'm older.), and 400mg during the day. Also, avoid slouching, make sure you don't laze on the couch and keep walking, as it's one of the best things you can do.
A trampoline is exercise and you will get a work out. If it hurts more then just a work out you may want to go to the doctor and soon you may have something else wrong and the trampoline is just making it hurt.
It's impossible to say exactly what happened to you, but it sounds like muscle sprain. Take a break from the trampoline for a day or two and then see how you feel.
