Chicken pox scar....?!
Question: I have a large chicken pox scar right in the middle of my left palm. THIS IS NOT just a plain old scar... it always looks like an active scar... it changes shapes, color, and sometimes it has this gross piece of skin that comes out and gets caught on things. gross I know. Right now, it's bright red, and there is a hole I can see through almost to my insides. Today, it just hurts like heck and itches. Could this be an actual ACTIVE pox or just a really bad bad scar?

It sounds more like a plantar's wart, rather than chicken pox scar. Warts often change in color, and get irritated and itch. I've had one on my thumb for ages - it's very small, but some times it kicks up and bothers me. The doctor can 'freeze' it off, or give you some Rx meds to treat it, if in fact it's a wart.
scars shouldn't do that. i'd definitely get that checked by your doc. it could be anything from an active chicken pock to a severe infection...
i wood go see my doc scars shud not change and if it bothers you its always worth getting chequed out
