I have clicking joints, advise needed.?!
Question: over last year or so, i have been experienceing clicking joint, minly in my ankles and wrists, but have also experienced it in my knees at times.
I am currently taking glucosamine sulphate jointcare tablets and it has worked on my knees, but not so much on my ankles.
Was wondering if it is a condition, or something down to diet.
Also i have never experienced disclocated or broken ankles/wrists, or ligament/cartilage damage.

I have overcome joint discomfort after three months of using a family of nutritional products that I found. I play racquet sports, and had pains in shoulder, elbow, knees and feet. Nothing else helped until I tried these. Email me if you would like particulars.
No more sore joints for me.
Sounds like you need to go see a Orthopedic Specialist as your knee joints no longer have the fluid that protects this from happeneing ......
