Fibrous fruits and vegetables. Prunes...

American society today does not eat enough vegetables to scrape out all the poo in our intestinal tracts...eat more veggies and you'll never have this problem again.

Apples are a natural laxative. Its healthy, and no one will ever guess that you're eating it to relieve constipation. Stock up on them, and eat a few in one day. Being at work, you can snack on it. AND, the best thing, it doesn't have the horrible effects that meds do.... aka "Oh no I have to go NOW!" Try the apples. You'll look healthy eating them, and they taste good with rewarding benefits!

Being at work won't matter...Try GAS-EX, or charcoal tablets for the gas. Constipation should be addressed right away, so you don't get impacted, and have to go to the E.R. and literally have it dug out, because it is like cement!

You need to be drinking A LOT of water, and fresh fruits, and veggies, especially green ones, like broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, and you need fiber, like cereal, oatmeal, etc, and buy some of the prunes [not to be meant to be a joke...] in the foil package, and be sure to eat 3-4 daily, to stay regulated. Ask your pharmacist for the best laxative. There are so many!

You are risking getting hemorrhoids, or a fissure, a tear, from straining with constipation. Then you risk infection when the hemorrhoids, or fissure are bleeding, from the feces passing over it. This can all end up in the doctor's office, for surgery, so take care of yourself NOW, please.

fruits, vegetables, foods rich in fiber, & drink LOTS of water, drink even if your not thirsty.

Aglass of warm water +1/2 fresh lemon juice +2 spoons honey if you like early in the morning.

Take 2 oranges at morning or grapes or apple and a cup of milk if hungry for break fast.

Avoid eating without hunger and overeating.

Take green salads with both meals if possible.
If poor appetite keep citrus fruit fast for day and and have meal at night.
This will solve your problem.

If citrus fruits doesn't suit you have acidity. Take sweet fruits, milk as much as you can digest.

If you are in cold country use all warm things.

Massage and exercise in front of morning sun is good thing, pl try.
