I think you would know by now if something was terrible wrong so I added this to help:

internal bleeding itself causes no symptoms, although an injured organ that is bleeding is often painful. However, the person may be distracted from this pain by other injuries or may be unable to express pain because of confusion, drowsiness, or unconsciousness. Eventually, internal bleeding usually becomes apparent. For example, blood in the digestive tract may be vomited or passed from the rectum. Extensive blood loss causes low blood pressure, making the person feel weak and dizzy. The person may faint when standing or even sitting and, if blood pressure is very low, lose consciousness.

hope this helps

not everything in your body has pain receptors, stop being a wuss and go to the hospital, who knows what internal injuries you have?

You would know

If you go to A&E you will waste your time.

Be a man. Think you see Rugby / a,merican football players in A&E after a big game wondering if they might have internal injuries? really

a good sign to tell if you're bleeding internally is if you have sharp pain in the ends your shoulders.

there might be pain, or not, but it is not good if there is.
YOu could have bruised your liver or kidneys
