Hands ache and joints ache - what is it?!
Question: Hi. Its pretty cold, wet, windy, miserable weather here at the mo. Im 28 and damn my wrists and hands ache pretty bad. My bones in my hands feel cold. The only thing that soothes them is dipping them in really hot water. But I cant do that all day. Any advice? Thanks
PS - I can take anti - inflamatories - bad stomach

It sounds like a circulation problem. It can also be early osteoarthritis.
It would be good to see your doctor about it. This forum is not a good place for a diagnosis or even suggestions to a diagnosis.
Instead of anti-inflammatory drugs you can take an omega 3 fatty acid supplement. There have been many studies showing that omega 3 is as effective as over the counter anti-inflammatories such as Advil. They also help with circulation.
Again it is advisable to see your doctor. An exact diagnosis of your symptoms will lead to the proper type of treatment.
do you use your hands all day (ie. manual labour or computer work)? it could just be poor circulation. it sounds like arthritis, although you're awfully too young. see a chiropractor.
Were you exposed to conservative politics?
That can make a throat hurt from several causes. One can argue with them and wear it out speaking to people too stupid to get along without resorting to lies and thuggery. Or you might have been actually d ate r ape d rugged and abu sed by one of these animals.
Either way, get help. Stay near armed Liberals at all times. And take care, Conservatives are quite often moles in the Liberal camps (a great example of this is the Clinton Epic). That should stop the militant Conservatives from sticking things in your craw you would rather not get stuck there!!!!

Observation, obviously. I have been ab used by conservatives.
I've been shot with a pistol, actually, in the throat in real life, and d ate rape d rugged to prevent timely report of this to authorities. Believe it or not, this has happened more than once. D ate r ape d rugs are that effective a tool of organized crime, such as is the conservative movement. When mixed with other d rugs they anesthitize, cause amnesia, and leave one not knowing what happened in a state of decreased capacity to report for years.
This is why I absolutely hate all forms of conservativism. It is patent fraud given our cultures state of pharmocological advancement to say we should not adjust our moral code's responce to apparent irresponsibility from that responce dictated by gossips 30,000 years ago. I mean is it prudent to say to a potential gu nshot v ictim: "hey you, it's your responsibility to always be able to account for every moment of every day, lest someone decrease your ability to in a timely fashion report any decrease in functionality to the family court so that they can lower your imputed income, as otherwise you'll be jailed for unexcused bad work practices resulting in unemployment and failure to pay."??? Is that prudent? or is it pandering to the mob's desire to make fun of honest policemen after sh ooting us ~ using our own courts and etc.?
Being s hot does happen. I know. Being unable to knowtice the difference from what your experiencing and what I did is also reality.
How would anyone know that blood in the sink was caused a bullet, should their politics get them in hot water with conservative s hooters. (d rug dealers for instance are always conservatives who act liberal to lure in more sales; they got me ~ I was in law enforcement and refused a bribe and arrested but have yet to "bust" some very prominant d ruggies)!
