More than likely, you have a concussion. I'd definitely get to a doctor to get it checked out. He'll probably just tell you to rest, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
With hitting your head, a bump (you didn't say how big the bump is, nor where you hit your head) and feeling like vomiting, you might want to see a medical professional..any number of things are possible and tis impossible for anyone on the internet to properly diagnose, especially without a visual and proper testing, re; neurological, possibly a CAT or MRI Scan, etc. nausea combined with a head injury is not a good sign!! I hope you didn't break whatever it was you hit. The egg you have you can save for Easter. Have S E X and forget the nauseaus. Take two aspirin and see me in the morning. If by then you don't feel better better do one of two things. 1- try S E X again. 2- See a Doctor, you may have a problem.
if u are conscious after that then you are ok. could be a concussion. take it easy.
