I woke up this morning with pain in my throat,pain in all muscels/joints,no cold!

Question: I dont have runny nose, or cough. Just Pain in throat, it feels swollen. Body ache fatigue. No fever. Any ideas what this could be?

Tonsillitis?
Slight nasal drainage (if this mucus will cause throat to be raw. Most do not know they are having drainage because it is so thin.)
Strep throat.....usually have a fever and extreme difficulty swallowing.......rash possibly the next day.

If it last 3 days or longer...see your doctor.
