Repoting my Ent Specialist?!
Question: I have hearing situation, an he won't evening write me letter. so I can collect my short term disability on my job. I have loss of hearing in my left ear and my right is also ringing and sometime I'm also lightheaded, he think it safe to operate a school bus full of people children,he must be insane.

I would get an audiogram to see how much DB you have left after the hearing loss in your left year to see if you qualify for short term disability. Although, you said you have hearing loss in just your left ear and ringing but you still have hearing in your right ear, correct? So you may be stuck, or I'd talk with your boss/supervisor and explain the situation. I am deaf myself and I do not use any disability benefits but in your situation you need to be able to hear so you can talk on the CB radios to dispatch information since you are transporting students on a school bus. So all this being said, I would get a second opinion and an audiogram then go from there.
You should get a second opinion from another ENT before you can take any kind of action against the one you already have.
