How to relieve sore muscles?!

Question: I've had tennis practice all week, and my legs are really sore. I'm used to my my legs being sore from soccer, but this time it's my thighs, and it's more uncomfortable than painful. This fitness guy comes from 40 minutes every practice, and we do lunges, squats, sprints, suicides, and all that. Because I'm sore from other practices, it affects how well I can/can't do certain things. What's the best way to relieve sore muscles, besides a heating pad?

i think your muscles are sore because they are broken down from working out. if you have a protein shake or something with protein in it then your muscles will rebuild faster and probably take away the soreness.

I give great massages, I will be right over.

i stretch my legs a lot when they get sore.

Sara SUP!!!

OK crazy but try it.. Hot bath in epsom salt... old remedy that really works... massage your legs while soaking!!! OH of course advil..

A hot bath with two cups of Epsom salts for 30 minutes. For muscle pain, Pamprin works better that regular painkillers.

From The Dead Sea salt /Israel, Jordania/, you make this the bath water.
After bathing a good massage, and relaxation.
