Should I play soccer with a pulled muscle?!
Question: I am in soccer and I happen to pull a muscle and I just want it to get better! But there is soccer practice today and I pulled it yesterday and tho. i would be fine so I went for a light jog (I know stupid right?) but any way I was wondering if I should play today or sit out? I just dont want to sound like a whinning to the new coach that we have.... What do i do?

Now you just think about your question a minute?
Well of course you should that will really mess up things. Let's try for a torn tendon.
No more soccer for the next 3 months now that sounds like fun.
Unless you are smart
then you are a bench warmer for a couple of games. Then back to full field play.
And you will be a good example to your other team mates to take care of any injury you have. No matter how much you dislike it.
jst warm up ur body .... and c if there is any pain then dnt go
This has happened to me millions of times while playing soccer. The best thing to do is to stay off of it for a while to let it heal. The funny thing is that I am 13 and have sprained andtwisted parts of my body like 20 times. I should know how to take care of it. Trust me that the best thing to do is to stay off off of it. So the main answer is no. I am inpain right now from falling off of skateboard and I am letting it heal by not using it.
No, unless your a masochist then yes.
